Marion Farrelly

The CEO Whisperer

If you’ve watched it, Maz probably made it, and won an award for it.

Without wishing to brag, Maz has made the biggest shows in the world, with the biggest teams, the biggest budgets, the biggest ratings and more often than not, the biggest egos – generally her own.

Five series of Big Brother, (the highly contentious ones) the madness that is The Celebrity Apprentice, the delight that is The Farmer Wants A Wife, the fabulousness that is Dancing With The Stars and she also created the long running and often controversial Q&A for the ABC.

She loves being a regular Media Expert on TV, conferences panels, podcasts and in periodicals.

Maz has spent twenty years getting people camera ready and has trained up everyone from celebrities to cyber security experts, pop stars to politicians, scientists to sporting legends, academics to Hollywood A-listers and everyone in between – she’s even had the President of the United States and the future King Of England on her shows.   Now Maz uses those TV tips, techniques and psychology to help CEOs grab and entertain their audience.

As Director of Television Content at Fremantle Media Australia, Executive Editor of Format Entertainment at BBC UK and Creative Strategist for BBC World-Wide, Maz has been pitched more than 10,000 times and interviewed more than 12,000 hopeful contestants.  She knows how to engage people.  She knows that if you don’t grab attention and keep it within the first fifteen seconds, it’s game over and it doesn’t matter how smart the idea is, you’re dead in the water, millions of dollars down the drain.
Nail your first fifteen seconds and the world is yours.
